This corporation exists to lease, purchase, and/or manage property for the National Fraternity and the local chapters. The three Directors are all elected by the National Board for 3 year terms. The board holds its own elections to determine the roles of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary. The National President and National Treasurer of Sigma Theta Epsilon sit on the board as voting members but may not serve as officers.
